Services and Timelines
What services do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of professional services including web design and development, digital marketing, branding and identity, SEO optimization, e-commerce solutions, and ongoing website maintenance and support.
How long does it take to build a website?
Starter sites: 1–2 weeks. Premium sites: 3–4 weeks. You’ll get ongoing support, clear milestones, and timely launches.
Can I update my website myself later?
Absolutely! We build websites with user-friendly content management systems (like WordPress) that make it easy for you to update text, images, and other content. We provide comprehensive training and documentation, so you’ll feel confident making changes yourself whenever needed.
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes, absolutely! All our websites are built with responsive design, ensuring they look great and function perfectly on all devices – from desktop computers to tablets and smartphones. We rigorously test across different screen sizes and devices to guarantee an optimal user experience. That matters because Google uses mobile-first indexing, so the phone version of your site is the one it ranks.
Website FAQ: Pricing and What’s Included
What are your pricing options?
We have three fixed-price website packages: Starter (£499 £424.15), Premium (£899 £764.15) and PRO Business Launch (£1,499), and during our launch offer every package is 15% off. We also sell ready-made websites for specific trades, while bespoke projects are quoted after a short discovery call. You can see current prices and what each package includes on our shop page.
What's included in my website package?
Every website includes a mobile-responsive design and build of the pages in your package, plus our initial SEO set-up: page titles and meta descriptions, a proper heading structure, image alt text, an XML sitemap, schema markup, Google Search Console and analytics, and your Google Business Profile set up or claimed. Two rounds of revisions are included unless your package says otherwise. At launch you receive administrator logins and a short handover guide, and where your order includes a domain it is transferred into your name.
What's NOT included in the package?
Unless your order says otherwise, packages do not include an ongoing SEO ranking campaign, link building, monthly content, hosting, a care plan (updates, backups and security monitoring) or domain renewal after the first year. We list these clearly because they are ongoing services rather than part of the build, so you are free to add them later or arrange them elsewhere.
Are there any additional costs?
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the build. The only extras are things you choose: domain renewal after the first year, hosting, an optional care plan, ongoing SEO or content, and any revision rounds beyond the two included, which are charged at our standard hourly rate. Website FAQ: Support After Launch
How do I contact support?
Call us on 07450 483 941, email info@interactivewebsite.co.uk or send a message through our contact page. Either way, you will speak to the people who built your site, not a call centre.
What support channels are available?
Phone, email and the contact form on our website. For anything urgent, such as your site being down, phone is quickest. For changes and new content, email works best because we can keep everything in one thread.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Hosting, maintenance, backups, plugin updates and security monitoring are not part of the build, so we offer them as an optional care plan, and our monthly growth packages add fresh content and local SEO. We recommend ongoing care because a WordPress site that is not kept up to date becomes a security risk over time. However, if you prefer to look after the site yourself, you have full admin access to do so.
What makes Interactive Website unique?
We are a small web design studio in East London, so you deal directly with the people designing and building your site. Our prices are published and fixed, every site includes initial SEO set-up, and once you have paid in full you own the finished design and page content.
